Specials and Discounts
Occassionally apartments will offer a move in special. These specials can be either free rent up front such as one month free or it can be a monthly discounted rent. To receive these specials you may be required to do a longer term lease. Some apartments may offer a "Look and Lease" special. In order to qualify for this special you will be required to apply for an apartment within 24 to 48 hours after you previewed the apartment.
Many apartments love to have Thunderbird Students live at their apartments. These apartments may offer Thunderbird students a special discounts that the normal public will not receive. These discounts can be anything from waived deposits and/or fees to monthly discounts on rent.
