Parking
Parking - Parking is free at all apartments near the Thunderbird Campus. All apartments have free covered parking spots for their residents. The covered parking spots will either be assigned or unassigned. Should you have the need for additional parking spots for additional vehicles or guest, most apartments will have unassigned, uncovered parking spots that are available for free on a first come / first serve basis.
Garages - Some apartments offer garage parking. These garages will either be direct access or in the parking lot.
1 - Direct Access - these garages allow you to pull your car directly into the garage and then can access your apartment directly through a door in the garage. The rental rate will include the cost of the garage. Very few apartments have direct access garages.
2 - Parking Lot Garage - These garages are usually lined up in different areas of the apartment communities parking lot. Once you have parked your car in the garage you will have to walk to your apartment. The costs for one of these garages is usually between $50 to $100 per month.
