Is my service really free? Absoultely. Renting Arizona has contracts with apartment communities that state should we refer tenants to their apartments and those people should wind up renting an apartment, the apartment will pay us a referral for assisting them in renting one of their units.
Is their an additional fee that the apartment charges the tenant for using Renting Arizona service? No. You will receive the same rental rates and specials as someone who finds the apartment without using our service.
Ex. Two students are looking for an apartment on the same day, one is using my service (Renting Arizona), the other is looking on their own. The two students meet later on and discuss what the apartments that they have visted. Should the students have visited any of the same apartments and compare notes, they will notice that the rent quoted are identical along with any deposits, fees or specials.
